- Order Availability & Acceptance: All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund where applicable.
- Payments & Processing: Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. We accept payments through approved digital payment channels, and cash-on-delivery may not be available.
- Pricing Policy: Prices of menu items and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of order placement will be honoured.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds will be processed in line with our refund policy. Customers must review their orders carefully before confirming, as cancellations may not be possible after processing begins.
4. Delivery Terms
- Our delivery service is available only within designated areas. Orders placed outside these zones may not be fulfilled.
- While we strive to complete deliveries within 10–30 minutes, this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe. Factors such as order volume, weather, or traffic conditions
- may affect delivery times.
- Customers must be present at the provided delivery location to receive their order. If a customer is unavailable, additional charges may apply for reattempted delivery.
